lf the product is damaged or lost in transit, we promise to repair or replace the parts within 72 hours or one week from receipt of the notice.
We will send engineering and technical personnel, inspection and experiment personnel, workers and technicians with practical experience to the site, to participate in the unpacking inspection of the goods, to guide the installation and commissioning, to participate in the trial run and performance acceptance test until the equipment is put into operation. We promise that according to the contract,the personnel sent to the site to participate in the unpacking can fully deal with the problems in the unpacking, and the personnel participating in the trial operation can fully deal with all the problems of the equipment.
The product has a lifetime warranty, no matter what the cause of equipment defects, parts damage, we first on-site service and provide relevant accessories, because of the users reasons, the two sides negotiate to solve the relevant matters.
