From March 4–7, 2025, a delegation led by Jintong’s Founder and Managing Director, Prince C. Achinike, conducted a strategic visit to China to advance the Tower Project. The visit included key meetings and factory inspections, reinforcing partnership progress and alignment on project goals.
Upon arrival in Beijing, the delegation engaged with local partners, including Manager Sun Jian and Manager Niu Xuefang, to discuss project requirements and tour a state-of-the-art production facility in Hebei Province. The factory demonstrated advanced manufacturing capabilities, including robotic welding and machine-assisted cutting, underscoring its readiness to meet project demands.
A technical conference confirmed alignment on core deliverables:
Towers will use galvanized steel for durability.
Production capacity and logistics (via Tianjin Port to Nigeria) were deemed feasible.
Coverage of 600 km per tower was highlighted as a benchmark.
Next steps include finalizing timelines, addressing site-specific challenges, and scheduling follow-up assessments.
